Delivery

Delivery is free of charge. We carefully pack the goods, so the furniture can not be damaged during transportation.

All products sold by Rebirthpros LLC are under warrantee for a period of one (1) year from date of sale with proper usage. If for any reason when following product instructions, goods are deemed by Rebirthpros LLC to be defective, such goods shall be repaired or replaced at Rebirthpros LLC. Such corrections or replacement of defective goods shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities in respect to such goods. Unauthorized tampering of product will void the one year warrantee.

Rebirthpros LLC shall not be liable for damages to goods, property, or persons due to improper installation, improper usage, or through attempts to utilize the goods under conditions which exceed the designed capabilities. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including but not limited to, Rebirthpros LLC shall not be liable for damages to goods, property, or persons due to improper installation or through attempts to utilize the goods under conditions which exceed the designed capabilities.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If returning without original packaging then restocking fee of 40% will be charged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
